Brent Boucher is a recognized MedTech transformation leader with a proven aptitude for collaborating to drive growth and aligning differentiated business capabilities to achieve organizational effectiveness. As Senior Vice President of Americas for Solventum’s Medical Surgical business, Brent drives commercial excellence, portfolio optimization, and platform service continuity.

With extensive experience in strategic mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, Brent’s record of growth success ranges from novel devices to disruptive technologies in billion-dollar markets, including diagnostics, spine and ortho, implants and biologics, oncology interventions, surgical solutions, and respiratory care. As an innovative commercial and operational leader, Brent is a proven P&L steward whose focus on transparency and accountability creates global organizational alignment and effectiveness.

Brent joined Solventum from Total Ancillary, an early-stage SaaS wound care solutions start-up, where he served as Chief Executive Officer. As Executive Vice President/Officer of Global Commercial at NuVasive, he led the global spine business unit, which included sales, marketing, market development, and long-range business planning. Brent also spent 20 years at Covidien leading several global businesses.

Brent lives in Southampton, Pennsylvania.
